AI Experts on Stage
1 Full Day
Practical Sessions Only
Most business leaders have heard about AI. Few know what to actually do with it in their business.
LEDEX Forum is a one-day event where that changes. Every talk ends with a concrete step – something you can put to work right after the event. Not stories about what worked for someone else. Instructions for what you can do in yours.
A short list to act on when you’re back at work. No tech background required. No jargon. Just the parts of AI that are worth your time.
Every session ends with a next step
Each talk ends with something specific. A tool, a process, a clear decision – built for your business, not someone else’s.
No tech background needed
Built for leaders and decision-makers, not developers. If you can run a team, you can use what you learn here.
The room is half the value
Leaders from across Europe, all asking the same questions. The conversations over lunch are often as good as the talks.
Every session at LEDEX Forum is built around tools that don’t require a large IT team or a six-figure budget. The kind of AI that works for businesses of any size, not just the ones with a dedicated tech department.
Getting Found Online in the Age of AI
Search is changing. AI tools now answer questions directly instead of sending people to websites. By the end of the day you’ll know what that means for your business and which specific changes are worth making first.
Creating Brand Visuals Without a Designer
How to produce professional visuals for your brand using AI tools. No design skills or agency budget needed. You’ll know exactly which tools to use and how to get started.
AI That Handles Repetitive Work For You
Some AI tools run in the background without needing you in the room. You’ll understand how to set them up to handle repetitive work and what that frees up for you and your team.
One Business. Real Numbers. No Theory.
You’ll hear directly from businesses that have already done this. Real changes, real numbers, real outcomes. Not hypothetical scenarios about what AI could do.
Choosing the Right Tools
There are hundreds of AI tools. By the end of the day you’ll know which ones are worth paying for, what they actually do, and which ones to skip based on your budget and team size.
Where to Start With AI in Your Business
Stop trying everything at once. You’ll have a clear picture of the right starting points for your specific business, what to prioritise first, and what isn’t worth your time yet.
LEDEX Forum is built for small and medium-sized businesses that want to use AI to grow, not just understand it better.
C-Level Leaders & Founders
You built the business. Now you’re watching AI change how competitors operate and you need to know which changes are worth making.
Department Heads & Managers
You are expected to deliver better results with the same or fewer resources. Manual processes and bottlenecks keep your team busy instead of effective.
Decision Makers & Strategists
If you are responsible for growth and performance, standing on the sidelines is not an option.

Presenting: How to Use AI to Think Better, Not Just Work Faster
AI will execute your ideas faster. That’s a problem if the ideas haven’t been tested first.
In this session, Alan shares three specific things you can do with the AI tools you already have. First, how to pressure-test your own ideas the way financial strategists do – before you commit time and money to them. Second, how to find the blind spots in your decisions that you’d miss on your own. Third, how to get far more out of the tools sitting on your desk right now.
The catch: AI can’t fix a bad idea. But it can help you catch one before it costs you.
You’ll leave with at least one technique you can use the same week.
About Alan:
Alan P. Hill is a fractional CFO and C-suite advisor who has spent 20 years helping business owners make sharper decisions – in finance first, and now with AI as part of the process. He has worked with clients through Goldman Sachs’s 10,000 Small Businesses programme, coached senior executives at Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo, and co-authored a book with Brian Tracy.
He believes business owners already think well – AI is there to sharpen it, not replace it. In practice, that means three things: pressure-testing your ideas before acting on them, finding the blind spots you’d miss alone, and getting much more out of the tools you already use.
He believes business owners already think well – AI is there to sharpen it, not replace it.
Presenting: How to Be Found in AI Search: Practical Tactics to Get Your Brand Mentioned
People are increasingly asking AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Perplexity and Copilot which hotel to book, which product to buy, or which company to trust. But why does AI recommend one brand over another, and how can you influence that in a practical way?
In this session, AI visibility specialist Diana Moura introduces GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) in simple terms and shows how it helps your brand appear more often in AI answers, without needing a technical background. Using real examples, she explains what AI systems actually look for across your website, reviews and other online sources, and which changes make the biggest difference.
You will learn how to analyse the sources that AI search relies on, how to grow your brand mentions across those channels, and how to track the impact over time. You will leave with a clear GEO checklist, practical steps to improve your brand’s AI visibility, and easy ways to measure whether your brand is being mentioned and recommended more often by AI tools.
About Diana:
Diana Moura is the Founder and CEO of ASOagent AI and Teletab, where she helps companies increase visibility and growth in an AI-first world. A specialist in app growth, App Store Optimization (ASO), and AI-driven discoverability, she has helped businesses scale organic acquisition and navigate the rapidly changing search landscape.
Diana has spoken at the Lisbon AI Summit on AI Visibility and at AppsForum Lisbon on app marketing and discoverability in the AI era, among others. Her work focuses on the intersection of AI, Search, App Growth, and Digital Visibility.
Diana has worked with brands such as UBER, UBER EATS, MINICLIP, Inner Circle, Picture This, Carb Manager , App Generation, Sweatcoin, Tier Scooter and many others.
Presenting: The Foundation Most Companies Skip – and Why AI Cannot Help Without It
Most AI implementations stall at the same point: employees do not adopt the tools, nothing changes, and the investment is wasted. The reason is rarely the technology. It is the absence of any shared documentation of how the business actually works.
In this session, Fabrizio walks through the operational foundation that makes AI useful inside a real company. He starts with standard operating procedures – what they are, why 99% of businesses do not have them, and why that gap matters more once AI enters the picture. He then shows how to write and format procedures so AI can read and use them directly, rather than receiving a PDF and making inferences.
Attendees leave with a ready-made AI tool Fabrizio shares during the session – a file that converts existing company documents into properly structured procedures, ready to hand to a team member the same day.
About Fabrizio:
Fabrizio is the CEO & Founder of Menford, where he builds and grows companies by simplifying their operations through AI automation. His philosophy: don’t look for solutions outside – they’re already inside you.
With 13 years of experience, Fabrizio built Menford into a Full-Stack Digital Partner operating across 50+ markets, powered by three brands he also built and owns: Passione Inter, the world’s biggest Inter Milan community, generating 10 million views per month; OptiWorkflow, which audits SMBs’ operations and builds the AI-driven workflows that remove the manual work holding them back; and Link in a Blink, a curated marketplace of 3,000+ websites across 50+ countries for PR and link building.
His approach: stop hiring for repetitive tasks and start building systems that run without you.
Presenting: The AI Content Machine: Consistent Content From What You Already Know
About Ella:
Ella Molony Cook is a serial entrepreneur who has built four companies, with one successful exit, and is a private investor in Anthropic – the AI lab behind Claude. She is the founder of Time Rich, where she helps founders and business leaders use AI to drive revenue rather than just automate admin. I’ve teamed up with Aj Yadav to launch The Agent Labs, home of The Content Stack: a 40 day challenge where he hands over the agents behind his 400K-follower content machine. Over the past two years, Ella has hosted more than 250 events and taught thousands of founders and executives to build with AI – including founding an AI lab for founders inside her last startup. Her mission is simple: make leaders fluent in AI so they have more time, creativity, and space to innovate.
Presenting: The Agentic Company: How to Grow Without Growing Your Team
Most business owners hear about AI agents but never see how they run inside a real company. Ignácio opens up his own operating system and shows how a portfolio business handles marketing, sales, client communication, research, finance, and operations – with five AI systems running in parallel and a small human team.
Using annotated screenshots, he walks through each system: what it covers, which tools it connects to, and what it handles day to day. He also covers the management layer that comes with it – how to define clear roles, give the right context, set limits, and build simple approval steps so AI works reliably in the background.
The session ends with a 4-step process to set up your first AI system within 30 days – from writing the job description as a prompt to testing it and connecting it to a real workflow.
You leave knowing what a company running on AI looks like in practice, where AI falls short, and exactly what to do when you get back to your desk.
About Ignácio:
Ignácio Correia is the Founder of SuperCognit, an AI company focused on building agentic systems for businesses. At Mechanism Ventures, he designs the AI agent infrastructure that runs the firm’s internal operations — from automated hiring pipelines and research workflows to marketing, finance, and client communications — allowing the team to build multiple companies simultaneously without proportional headcount growth. With 15+ years in product design and systems thinking, and a background as a TEDx speaker, Ignácio brings a rare combination of strategic clarity and hands-on execution to the challenge of building the agentic company.
Presenting: Stop Asking AI for Answers. Use It to Challenge the Way You Think
Most business leaders use AI as a faster search box or writing assistant. I want to take the next step: turning AI into a self-mentoring system that helps us think, decide and lead with greater clarity. The key is not another tool. It is teaching the machine our intent, giving it the context we usually carry alone, and allowing it to challenge our assumptions before we act. I will introduce one memorable model and show how to apply it to a real leadership decision.
Attendees will leave with a clear distinction between using AI for faster output and using it to improve the quality of their thinking. They will gain a practical way to use intent and context to turn a generic AI assistant into a useful self-mentoring partner. The focus is on making AI a better thinking companion, not just a faster content generator.
Everyone will also leave with one simple loop they can test on a real leadership decision during the following week. The goal is that this does not stay as an inspiring idea, but becomes something they try in their own work and can refine over time.
About Reimar:
Reimar Kosack is a keynote speaker, strategic sparring partner and the founder of ExtraHirn, an independent brand for practical AI competence. For more than 20 years, he has worked with leaders and organisations across Germany and Switzerland on digital transformation, marketing, organisational change and difficult decisions. His strength is making complexity discussable and saying what others often avoid. Today, from his base in Monchique in Portugal’s Algarve, he helps business leaders move beyond AI tool tips and use the technology to think more clearly, externalise cognitive load and turn intent into action.

The name LEDEX stands for four things we believe every business leader needs right now.
The vision to navigate what’s next.
The drive to build, adapt, and grow.
Knowing which tools and channels to use – and how to connect them.
When the three combine, the results compound. That’s the multiplier.
