8.2 Purchase Process
All tickets are sold exclusively through the fienta.com platform and are subject to that platform’s terms and conditions, in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy
Tickets purchased for LEDEX Forum are non-refundable. There are no refunds after purchase, regardless of the reason.
9.1 Exception: Event Cancellation
The only exception to this policy is if the event is cancelled by the organizer. In this situation, the full ticket amount will be refunded to the attendee.
- Liability and Conduct
10.1 Limited Liability
The organizer of LEDEX Forum is not liable for any damages, losses, or harm of any kind that may occur during the event, except in cases provided for by law. Attendance is the sole responsibility of the attendee.

The LEDEX Forum event may be photographed and/or filmed. By attending, the attendee authorizes the capture of their image for the purpose of promoting LEDEX Forum: social media, website, promotional materials, and institutional communications.
- Idea Submission
Do not submit any ideas, inventions, works of authorship, or other information that can be considered your own intellectual property that you would like to present to us unless we have first signed an agreement regarding the intellectual property or a non-disclosure agreement. If you disclose it to us absent such written agreement, you grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Suitable Magic – Unipessoal Lda in relation to your use of this website and participation in LEDEX Forum events.
