What time does the conference start and finish?

Will there be early registration before the first session?
Yes. Early registration and coffee are planned before the programme begins. The opening time will be announced with the timetable.

3. Tickets, pricing, and refunds
How much are LEDEX Forum tickets?
Current prices are €99 for a Standard Pass, €159 for a Business Pass, and €299 for a VIP Pass. Prices include 23% Portuguese VAT; Eventbrite adds payment processing fees at checkout.
Do LEDEX Forum ticket prices increase?
Yes. On 15 August, the listed prices increase to €119 for Standard, €179 for Business, and €319 for VIP. The full prices shown on the ticket page are €149, €209, and €359.
What is included with a Standard Pass?
The Standard Pass includes standard seating, a basic name tag, and two coffee breaks. Check the ticket page before booking, as pass benefits can be updated.
What is the difference between a Business Pass and a VIP Pass?
Business Pass holders receive premium seating, a business name tag, lunch, presentation recordings, and a speaker booklet. The VIP Pass adds front-row seating, a VIP check-in lane, a branded business backpack, and a VIP dinner with speakers.
Are group discounts available?
Business and VIP Passes have group discounts. Use code GROUP3 for 10% off three or more tickets, or GROUP5 for 15% off five or more tickets.
Can I get a refund if my plans change?
Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. After that deadline, tickets are non-refundable. If LEDEX Forum cancels the event, the full ticket amount will be refunded.
Can I transfer my LEDEX Forum ticket to a colleague?
Yes. Email forum@ledex.events to transfer a ticket and update the attendee details.

How do I register for LEDEX Forum?
Register through the official LEDEX Forum ticket page. Ticket checkout is handled through Eventbrite.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Show your digital ticket on your phone at check-in.
What should I bring to check in?

Will there be a faster check-in line?

Yes. English is the language of LEDEX Forum.
Will the sessions suit large enterprise AI teams?
The Forum is built mainly for small and medium-sized businesses. It does not focus on enterprise AI architecture, data centres, large machine-learning operations, or projects that require a dedicated AI department.
6. Networking and side events
Is networking part of LEDEX Forum?
Yes. Registration, coffee breaks, lunch, and the attendee WhatsApp group give people time to meet and continue conversations during the day.
Will there be a way to meet people before the conference starts?
Yes. Arrive early for registration and coffee before the first session. It is a good time to meet other attendees before the programme begins.
Is there a WhatsApp group for LEDEX Forum attendees?
Yes. Registered attendees will be invited to a private WhatsApp group for arranging meetings, sharing ideas, and staying in touch before, during, and after the event.
Is lunch a networking opportunity?
Yes. Business and VIP Pass holders have lunch with other pass holders, and coffee breaks are available to every attendee.
Is there a dinner or evening side event?

I am travelling to the Algarve for LEDEX Forum. Which airport is closest?
Faro International Airport is the closest airport. Real Marina Hotel & Spa in Olhão is about 15 km away.
How do I get from Faro Airport to the LEDEX Forum venue in Olhão?
LEDEX Forum has not published a shuttle or recommended transfer service. You can arrange a taxi, hire car, or other airport-to-hotel transport before you travel.
Does my ticket include a hotel room?
No. Accommodation is not included with any pass. You may choose to stay at Real Marina Hotel & Spa, the event venue, or elsewhere in Olhão.
